Donyale N. Thompson: Founder & Executive Director

As Founder and Executive Director, Donyale N. Thompson provides the vision, strategic leadership, and overall direction for Men & Women of Character. She oversees organizational growth, fundraising, grant development, community partnerships, and organizational compliance while serving as the primary public representative of the organization. Donyale works closely with the Board of Directors and leads the development of innovative programs and signature events that fulfill the organization's mission.

Lila C. Jones: Director of Operations & Administration

Lila C. Jones serves as the organization's second-in-command, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that organizational goals are carried out efficiently. She coordinates departments, manages sponsorship and partnership relationships, oversees major events, and serves as Co-Chair of the Serenity & Slay Health & Beauty Expo™. Her leadership helps turn vision into action.
