Leadership rooted in
service and community.

MWCO is carried forward by volunteers who bring experience, compassion and accountability to every program, partnership and annual initiative.

Turning the blueprint
into action.

Our leadership team coordinates MWCO’s work throughout the year. Because MWCO is volunteer-led, these responsibilities support planned programs, meetings, events and service initiatives—not daily operations.

Founder & Executive Director

Donyale N. Thompson

Donyale established MWCO's blueprint, vision, purpose, and guiding principles, and she remains our guiding founder. Because of her health, she is not always available the way she once was. If you are used to seeing her at every event and meeting, please know that her health is the only reason. A volunteer leadership team carries our programs, partnerships, and annual initiatives forward under her guidance.
